For the past three years Jason has asked me to make him Figgy Pudding for Christmas. This year he reallly insisted that I consider and so realizing he would not give up on this idea of Figgy Pudding I made it.

His argument - It must be good if the carolers in the song We Wish You A Merry Christmas sing "So bring us some Figgy Pudding. Bring us some Figgy Pudding. Bring us some Figgy Pudding and bring it out here. We won't go until we have some. We wont' go until we have some...."

My argument - If it was so good people would still be making it today, which they aren't.

Still won't light. Turns out the rum I was using didn't have a high enough alcohol content to light.
