Doing the Sun Ceremony at school. The birthday kid holding the earth walks around the "sun" once for each year until they reach their age, while the other children sing the Sun song. After each rotation we stopped and said what he had done in that particular year of life. The kids in his class LOVE this ceremony. And because of this ceremony they do for birthdays all the kids in his class knows that the earth goes around the sun in 365 days and that is one year.
