Savannah's Musical

Last night we had the pleasure of seeing Savannah (our niece) perform in her school musical. She did such a wonderful job and it was fun getting to hang with the family.

Playing with his new dumptruck

Yesterday, in the mail we received a dumptruck from Vinny's Grandmom Kelly. It was love at first site. He sits and takes all the legos out, puts them back in, and then flips the truck over to spill them all out again. It's fun watching him play since he concentrates so hard. I guess dumptruck play is very serious business.

We had a lovely goodbye breakfast with our NC visitors on Sunday. It was hard to see them go but we had a great weekend.

Happy 1st Birthday Vinny!

In addition to his girl cousins Lexine, Savannah, Mikayla, Mackenzie and Madilyn, Vin had five of his friends celebrate with him. Isaac, Alexander, Zoey, Madison, and Ella.

Well, it happened. Vin turned one this past Saturday. It was such a wonderful weekend. Jason (my bro), Andrea (sis-in law) and the girls came up from NC to help us celebrate as did my Mom and Dad.

We had his 12 month appointment yesterday and all went well. The shots were a little rough this time but he took it like a champ (a champ that cries and screams). He weighed 21lbs 11oz and was 31 inches tall. He is starting to become quite the little expert crawler which is so much fun.

Andrea took much better pictures of the party since I was busy running around so I will post those when I get them. For now here are some b-day party and weekend shots.
