Mackenzie had a dress up princess birthday party on Saturday. While the girls played dress up Vin hung with his Uncle Mitch and Pop-pop at the lake for guy time.

Phillies vs. Pirates

Today we went to an afternoon Phillies - Pirates game at beautiful PNC park. We went with Tim, Amy and Isaac for what turned out to be a great day for a ball game.

Unfortunately, the Phils lost today, but did beat the Pirates yesterday and Friday.

The kiddos had a hard time sitting still. Thankfully, we had club level seats so they were able to run around and we could still enjoy the game.

Great Grandparents Come for a Visit

My Grandmom and Grandpop Allchin drove from NJ to visit us for the weekend. Thankfully we had wonderful weather and were able to get out and see some of what Pittsburgh has to offer. It was such a lovely weekend.

After being chased off our porch but angry bumble bees Grandpop went out and got some wasp spray and proceeded with a full fledged offensive.

Here is a new game Great Grandpop Allchin and Vin came up with over the weekend.

Great Grandmom Allchin taught Vin a new dance (see pics above). Here he is trying it out. Sadly, he gets his rhythm from Jason and I instead of from his Great Grandmom's who were both incredible dancers. Poor kid.

Officially Walking

Yep, as of mid-last week Vin is officially walking! Here is a video of him tottering around during his day out with the Great Grandparents.

Tuckered out

Vin worked so hard during his physical therapy session today that he fell asleep in his booster seat while I was cleaning up his lunch.

Sometimes when I'm on the phone Vin will pick up his toy phone and pretend that he's talking. I was on the phone with Autumn when I took this picture.

10 Week Ultrasound

So we got to have yet another ultrasound because the doctor couldn't find the heartbeat via doppler during my appointment on Thursday. I was thrilled to get to see the baby again and this time I got a bit of a show. The baby's little arms, legs and body were wiggling all over. The technician let me sit and watch for a bit and it was awesome. The heartbeat is strong and the baby is growing well. They did discover my uterus is tipped back which is why they were unable to hear the heartbeat via doppler. Usually this corrects itself by the end of the first trimester.

We had a Tim, Amy and Isaac over on Sunday for a Wii party. Here is a pic of Vin and Isaac busying themselves playing in our bedroom. Not a very exciting post I know but I wanted to post something this morning and this is all I had.
