Jason will probably not be happy about me posting this semi-nude picture of Vin but his "bits are covered so I think it's fine!

I'm losing blogging steam here. It takes a lot of work to update this blog (cue the violin) and it seems like the only ones checking it are Jason and Autumn (Thanks you two - but Jason you really don't count since it's your kid).

Easter!

We had a lovely Easter Sunday. After church we headed to Ohio to have Easter dinner with Jason's Grandmom Marmee (who is Jason's step-dad's mom).

Well, it was cold but after Vin's physical therapy this morning we went to a park to get some fresh air.

Ultrasound for new kiddo!

I was having some pain on one side so we had an ultrasound on Friday to make sure everything was okay. Everything looked great and we (Vin and I) saw the flickering heartbeat. You can't really see much but here is the ultrasound pic.

Expecting!!!

It's early but because Jason and I are TERRIBLE at keeping secrets we are spilling the beans... We're pregnant! I'm on progesterone supplements again for the first trimester and so far I'm feeling much better than I did at this time with Vin. However, we still have quite a few weeks left in the first trimester so we shall see. I just went to the Dr. and had it confirmed on Thursday. Due date is 11/6 but since we are doing a repeat c-section, if all goes well, we'll have the baby sometime in the last week of October. If you think about it please keep us in your prayers as we go through the turbulent times of the first trimester.

While it was not under happy circumnstances we were so blessed to have a visit from Jason's Mom and little sister Amanda. They drove up from Savannah for the viewing and memorial service of a close family friend Jason and his sisters called Uncle Mark.


I tried to hard to get a serious shot of this crazy bunch...
